Eight Conventions Under One Roof
This November, TOAST will take over the Wynn Las Vegas and produce eight, concurrent franchisee conventions for Xponential Fitness. Xpo has grown leaps and bounds the last few years and thousands of franchisee owners spread across eight verticals including, Club Pilates, Pure Barre, RowHouse, Cycle Bar, StretchLab, AKT, Yoga6 and STRIDE will make their way to Sin City for an incredible three days. TOAST is responsible for every detail including the individual registration websites, guest check-in, an opening night Welcome party, the General Session including all the audiovisual services and an incredible custom designed 90’ wide stage for 1,800 guests. In addition, TOAST will design a 5,000 sq foot fitness boutique as well as manage the vendor showroom and the company’s exciting awards gala. If that wasn’t enough, the TOAST team be throwing the late-night wrap party later with our friends Salt n’ Peppa and Bobby Brown!
