Xponential Fitness Goes Public
Xponential Fitness is a curator of leading brands across every vertical in the boutique fitness industry, including: AKT, Club Pilates, CycleBar, Pure Barre, Row House, Rumble, StretchLab, STRIDE and YogaSix. It is the largest boutique fitness franchisor in the U.S. with more than 1,750 studios.
On June 23, 2021, Xponential Fitness became a publicly listed company on the New York Stock Exchange. “It’s really easy to run one brand, but when you bring nine into a portfolio, it’s a different level of complexity,” said Xponential CFO John Meloun. “Figuring out the magic formula is something that we spent a lot of time on wanting to perfect before we chose the next big chapter: going public.”
To celebrate this momentous achievement and showcase all nine brands to the world, TOAST produced a live activation outside of the NYSE on Broad Street and Wall Street. Xpo’s IPO activation included workouts, merchandise giveaways, a DJ, and Opening Bell live stream – all with constant movement, engagement, and excitement for the world to see. Brands rotated through workouts and Rumble co-founder Noah Neiman acted as host for each demonstration.
Following the activation, we produced an after-party at the Renaissance New York Times Square where Xponential Fitness’ name lit up one of the most high-profile billboards, covering 15,000 square feet of LED signs. You can see the billboard reveal on @aTOASTevent Instagram story highlights.
