Illuminarium Experiences has brought 30,000 square feet of entertainment to Sin City. Through a combination of projection with 4K technology, 360° audio, and in-floor vibrations and scent systems, Illuminarium transports guests into multi-sensory worlds. “It’s a place that can take you any place – a place that can take you to your dreams,” founder and CEO Alan Greenberg noted. For the AREA15 Grand Opening, three experiences were featured: SPACE: A Journey To The Moon & Beyond, WILD: A Safari Experience, and O’KEEFFE: One Hundred Flowers. Toast produced live activations to highlight each of the immersive worlds.
WILD featured a safari inspired build out and body painted contortionists that transformed into African animals, while SPACE offered a life-size space shuttle and astronaut ball-walker. For O’KEEFFE, artists used attendees as canvases to create live floral art, and guests watched ballerinas perform to a harpist surrounded by towering floral installations. Atmospheric models interacted with guests as they moved through each activation and enjoyed thematic cocktails and paired bites from Lumin Café & Kitchen by Elizabeth Blau and Chef Kim Canteenwalla.
Additionally, Illuminarium showcased its never-before-seen 21+ After Dark experience. This nightlife escape offers a full bar and transports guests to a vast array of settings – from the night markets of Tokyo to a reef under the sea.
